At BINGO! Academy, we believe that every child has a unique voice waiting to be discovered and celebrated. We are excited to announce the launch of our Voice Talent Program, an engaging online journey designed for all BINGO! Academy members. This program is a fantastic opportunity for young talents to showcase their vocal skills and gain valuable experience in the world of performing arts.
Our Voice Talent Program consists of bite-sized video lessons. Here’s a sneak peek at what each lesson offers:

Lesson 1: Vocal warm-ups
Lesson 2: Voice projection
Lesson 3: Intonation
Lesson 4: Stress and rhythm
Lesson 5: Changing your voice
Lesson 6: Enunciation
Exciting Audition Opportunity
In addition to these valuable lessons, all BINGO! Academy members are invited to participate in the HK Poem Audition. This is a unique chance to showcase your newly developed vocal talents! Winners selected by BINGO! will have the opportunity to record selected poems, which will be featured in Sing Tao's Sunny Campus Post. Tentative timeline: 20/8/25: Welcome email to all BINGO! Academy members, including training videos, audition article with audio, and submission details.
31/10/25: Audition deadline.
15/11/25: Result email sent to announce the 12 selected winners.
01/12/25 - 20/02/26: HK poem recording period; individual arrangements for each winner.
04/03/26: 1st publication.
20/05/26: Last publication.
Certificates and 陽光校園報 PDF will be emailed to individual winners after publishing.

Born in England, Simon has been working in education and the media in Hong Kong since 1996. He has worked as a writer and editor for South China Morning Post, Pearson, Hong Kong Economic Times, The Standard (published under the Sing Tao Group), and Hong Kong Economic Journal. He has worked as a certified examiner for various Cambridge English exams, and has written and published humorous short stories and poems.
Judging criteria:
Fluency, clear enunciation, stress and rhythm, intonation, voiced and unvoiced patterns, voice projection
